Born in 1974 in Kiev,
In 1993 graduated from Odessa theatrical and artistic school in specialties makeup artist and artist-puppeteer.
1993 – First collection “Passion for the bottle”.
1995 – First prize at the festival «Admiralty Needle» (St. Petersburg).
1997 – First fashion show within the frameworks of Ukrainian Fashion Week (UFW). Start creating regular seasonal collections under the brand- Zalevskiy.
1999 – National award «Kiev Pectoral» (production designer and costume designer for the play «City of Masters»).
From 1999 – juryman of UFW at the contest of young designers “Look into the future”.
2000 – Establishing of event-studio “Z-event”. (Collaboration as a production director and co organizer of events within national fashion projects (“Black pearl”, “Pearl of the season”, “Kiev Podium” etc.)
2002-2007 – co presenter of popular TV-show – «Chance»
Since 2004 – a member of Ukrainian Fashion Council – National association of Ukrainian designers.
2005 – Launch of the second-line Z by Zalevskiy.
2006-2008 – co author and curator of charity project of Elena Franchuk fund – “Fashion Aid”, intended to help HIV-infected.
From 2007 – permanent director of Holiday Fashion Week(Odessa).
2008 – Participation in Washington DC fashion Week; creating copyright design of packaging and accessories collection for the brand of cigarettes – Glamour; creating of Ukrainian team fan’s uniform for the ХХIX summer Olympic games in Beijing (together with МТС).
2009 – Release of photo album “Zalevskiy”; Creating costumes for the play «The Cherry Orchard» A.P. Chekhov in Rivne Regional Music and Drama Theater. Director of defile and style, costume author for the television project “Who is against Blondes?” (Novyi channel, Ukraine); style author of anchorpersons of the daily television talk-show “Desperate Housewives” (RTR, Russia). The producer & director of the project «Star+Star 2″ (1+1 channel, Ukraine).
